  • Start by agreeing a plan that everyone buys into and write it down!

  • Turn on the “electro-magnets” that are going to attract people to visit your website

LISTEN

  • Monitor the conversations regarding your market, company, brand and competitors across the social web.

ENGAGE

  • Start with acknowledging positive conversations with a “Thank You” or “Well Done”, and say “Sorry” to people who have had a bad experience.

CONVERT

  • Tie your “Calls To Action” back to real business objectives with regular and targetted communications.

MEASURE

  • Track the effectiveness of your communications to real business outcomes such as sales, enquiries and complaint resolution.

ROI

  • Execute on your inbound marketing campaigns and expect your online engagement to improve by a factor of 10X
