Start by agreeing a plan that everyone buys into and write it down!
Turn on the “electro-magnets” that are going to attract people to visit your website
Monitor the conversations regarding your market, company, brand and competitors across the social web.
Start with acknowledging positive conversations with a “Thank You” or “Well Done”, and say “Sorry” to people who have had a bad experience.
Tie your “Calls To Action” back to real business objectives with regular and targetted communications.
Track the effectiveness of your communications to real business outcomes such as sales, enquiries and complaint resolution.
Execute on your inbound marketing campaigns and expect your online engagement to improve by a factor of 10X
